  • Pour 130 ml (depending on how runny you like it) of boiling water or 90 ml of hot milk over 50 g of porridge (6 tablespoons) in a bowl, stir, leave to stand for 3 minutes and enjoy while warm.
  • ‘Overnight oats’: pour a little more cold water or cold milk over the mixture and leave to stand overnight.
