This recipe was inspired by our family's Hainanese heritage. Blended with more than 26% beef, this stew contains more beef for a real, robust taste and is suitably balanced with the sweetness of carrot, aromatic onion and mild spices. Beef is ideal as a complementary first food due to its high iron and zinc. It supports brain health and development in little ones and is readily absorbed by our bodies. Tiny cubes of steam radish were added for extra texture.
