We deliver across Singapore. Delivery usually takes about 2-4 working days.
Yes, you may pick up your order at our showroom located at 61 Ubi Rd, Oxley Bizhub 1, #01-23, 408727. We are open from Monday - Friday 10.30am - 5pm. Pick up orders placed before 3pm will be packed and processed on the same working day. Kindly show order confirmation when coming to pick up your order.

If you need to update your delivery address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed for delivery, we won’t be able to make changes, so we recommend double-checking your address before payment.

You’re welcome to leave a note at checkout with your preferred date or time, and we will inform our driver and do our best to accommodate your request. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

We do not accept cancellations or adjustments after an order is placed on our website as the order is sent to our warehouse for immediate processing.
Perishable items cannot usually be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Only items that are damaged, incorrect, or faulty are eligible for return. For hygiene and safety reasons, perishable or opened food items cannot be returned.
We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or incorrect upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours with photos and order details for exchange.
Please contact us immediately with your order details with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement / exchange for the missing or incorrect items.
