Why do we make our cornflakes using the traditional rolling process?
Not all cornflakes are the same – the difference lies in how they are made. Our flakes are traditionally rolled from cooked organic corn, which retains its natural flavour and ensures a crunchy bite. In contrast, extruded flakes are usually made from pressed corn flour, which results in a tougher consistency and less flavour.
