Cooking Methods 1. Cooking ONE bunch of noodles in boiling water (200ml) for 5 minutes for a baby aged 7+ months OR 3 minutes for a baby 12+ Month, then rinse immediately in cold water for cold water for enhanced taste. 2. Immerse the noodles into clean water at room temperature for about 1 hour; can be served thereafter. 3. The Rice Noodles can also be oil-fried, stir fry, or serve as a Cold Dish with a sauce dip and with other condiments.
